City Phone - New Fansite

I have created a new site to further the engrossment of the Matrix world: Many of us have come up with aspects of RP to appeal to bluepills such as the Mega City Dept of Energy or just details within our stories such as Fenshire's 'Chessman Sweets' cigarettes. In addition, there are many details within the city that make it 3 dimensional such as Kalt Chemical or Peg's Diner.

Similar to RMC's new bluepill vantage, the City Phone Book Directory is a new site where all these details are brought together, brought to life and utilized differently (specifically to promote the underworld beneath these 'plain' elements). Here is a preview of things to come:

Looks good, although its really bugging me that the MxO Hardline City logo is not being used.

I modeled the key pad in the header after the logo on the hardline. I had to choose between "City [keypad]" or "City Phone [keypad]". So between the books on Oracle's fridge and the hardline logo, I took a bit from each.

Hm, you really did dig deep. At first looking at that image I never even noticed the phonebooks.

Some of it was guesswork. Looking at the phone books, I think there is a logo to the right of "City Phone" but I can't make it out.

I couldn't get a very clear picture of the hardline logo, either, so I had to re-generate the logo to what I thought it would look like. I figure I got a happy medium between what the logo looks like and my own interpretation of it.

The one on the prop in the Oracle's kitchen is an abstract illustration of an upside-down phone receiver in a square with rounded edges:

Thanks for that shot, Rarebit. I searched and searched for a better angle and couldn't find one like that.

I suppose I could find a place for this logo now that I know what it is.
