DOTs and Runtime / Accelerators

Hit these spawns with like 8 DOTs - both Plague Zones, Infect Area, All 4 Code Infections. Only CI 1, 2, and one of the infect areas / plague zones did damage; the others just said "infected with" but did no dmg in system chat.

Other factionmates have confirmed CI 4 and such do no damage for them also.

Bug, by design?

Hmm. Nevermind. This was the case on Syntax, but when I went to Vector my DOTs worked fine. Maybe it was lag.
