Free Spawning Smithlings

Can we please get some "Free Spawning Smithlings" throughout the megacity, (Exactly like the way Unlimit used to spawn on you way back when).
Something along the lines of 3 Levels above you, 3 Chevrons, Only in DT (Becuase I know people will whinge at me if I suggest they spawn in richland) Always drops a Smith Frag or 2. And uh... to make people feel safer could they perhaps de-spawn when you hyper-jump?

Or maybe have an area of the Megacity populated with Smithlings? Datamine perhaps?

Its going to get really boring, restarting The Oracle mission over and over again. For a second year running.

I didn't realize this was about the anniversary event at first...I was just like, "eh?" but yea I like the idea. ((I also think high level zionists should spawn on machinists so that it feels like war on both ends)) Well I assume this is about the event.

It`d be really good if the Smith Story re-picked up from where it ended last year... and also... explaining what he did for one year..

The spawning is a great idea but I think they should only be 5 levels above you.. already hard enough as it is...
