Decaying Code

Please give the buff (well, it counts as a debuff because you can Antibiotic it) from Decaying Code a visual FX. As of the present it can be used at tournies and there's no visual indicator that the person has activated what can be equivalent to a TB. Nuff said.

But sometimes it will give a negative buff, not many would risk it in a tourny

I think anything that gives a buff should have some sort of visual. 

The Merv boon/glimmer of the source/zion hardware req should also have a visual because I'm 100% sure that people will use this in tourneys if they have it

Indeed. Some people actually "secretly" allow those in tourneys for their own advantage, since not everybody possess them.
