The Matrix Online Player Events: Circle Fap Official Rules and Guidelines
Here are the rules. Post a thread saying who you think the "best" fighters are, then imploring other players to come list their selections. As you have already named some of your friends, they will feel obligated to name you in return. Occassionally, throw in a player you dislike in your list -- the sudden inclusion of him as someone you respect may just cause him to turn around and name you in his list!
Note: this part is key. Precedent plays a large role in these player events, so be sure to keep your list similar to what everyone else says. If other people think that Player A is good, and you don't, well obviously you have differing opinions on what is "good." And really, how could you possibly be a good player in their eyes if you don't agree with them on who else is good? Copypasta, make it so.
Now, the tricky part. If by chance somehow your methods fail, and you are not indoctrinated into Vector memorium as one of the finest players ever to grace the bridge of Mara C, have no worry. Maybe you need to play more. Maybe the forum regulars aren't a big fan. Perhaps they're not that impressed with your sweet Hyperjump macro. (Heavens, how could they not be? *frownyface :[*) But have no worry. Simply wait a couple of weeks, and post the thread again. And again. Tell your buddies on Xfire and ingame that you posted the thread. Sooner or later, SOMEONE will get the hint. And glory will be yours...
