I have a Nvidia 8600M GT, but running it with Vista Premium.  Is this hotfix gonna solve some of my issues?

The workaround is to address the lag issue in XP with 8xxx cards.  I can't comment on any Vista issues (it's a stinking pile of poo anyway!).

This was for XP with the use of some useropts commands. It has reduced my lag by half in some instances inside offices, however it isn't eliminated.

BTW, any visual issue with Vista, is just Vista related, not 8 series nvidia related.
#36300416339 02/28/2008 12:36:03 Re:Update 58 Hotfix Discussion

The fix works for me!

NO MORE LAG!

THANK YOU DEVS, YOU ROCK!!

#36300416386 02/28/2008 14:10:43 Re:Update 58 Hotfix Discussion
Sweet!  Now I can upgrade my desktop to match my laptop's performance SMILEY

This fixed the indoor lag issues I was having on my ATI card as well.
