Up to date port information for those with super tight firewalls (like me)
I also do not recommend that people turn off the UAC, but rather set Launcher to run as Administrator (right-click > Properties > "Compatibility" tab > tick the "Run as Administrator" box )
Other than those two minor corrections this is a fairly handy general problem solving list.

1. Thanks for pointing those out and yes i didn't understand TCP and UDP that much but now i do

2. The reason i wanted the UAC to be disabled for my opinion is because i have used vista for over a year and all that pops up are programs unharmful it has never caught anything like background programs or anything. But it is also a good option for tight security, but if you are like me who is relaxed with the loose sercurity. But if you want full protection i would also recommended to have the (UAC) enabled.
Edit: BTW i added your post to the guide since it is very informative and it helps people know what they are doing opening ports using TCP or UDP.

Nice guide indeed. Vista can be very protective, cant it?
Yes it was Microsoft trying to find new ways of better security for their new OS.
