My account is in use again thanks to the servers blowing up or whatever. Any chance I can get help unlocking my account before the end of the weekend? I've sent PM's to TSRJason and TSRChris and nothing, I know it's the weekend, but I want to game >.<

My character is use on my second account too. Sometimes I get the character already in use error or it comes up with this character is already logged into a margin server. I sent an in-game ccr in and explained that I couldn't send the ccr in on the other login because I couldn't get logged into the forums using the squeaky account info. My issue was responded to very quickly, but the GMs unlocking the account twice didn't solve the problem. So the problem has been sent to the developers for a resolution. Hopefully within the next day or so it will be fixed.

If you can get in, it's laggy as hell!
I contacted in game support and within an hour a GM unlocked the account for me. However once I logged out then back in again, it gave me the error. The GM told me that my account was unlocked again, and the error will go into the next tier for review.
Yup, I got the exact same thing. One of my Vector RSIs is stuck in game, shows him as online. Once the GMs unlocked my account, twice, I was able to jack into other RSIs.

Having the same problem as those here, "account in use". I submitted a ticket and sent a PM to one of the tech admins [ChrisL]. I've not been able to use any of my characters for a couple hours now.
This happened when I tried to delete one of my old lower level characters. Apparently the deletion process got stuck, he never got erased and all my other characters on other servers got stuck on "account in use".
I hope I get help soon.

Yes. I already knew that and followed all the directions posted for that topic. I submitted my ticket, and sent a PM to the tech Admin as stated in that link, by ChrisL. That was several hours ago, and I'm still not fixed yet.
The first person who started this topic started it for a reason. He did as listed and didn't get a response or help. I'm doing the same in hopes my character account issue gets fixed. I didn't start a new topic I merely responded to one that wasn't old with the same issue.
Character In Use now on all three servers...never seen this happen on all three servers before (usually it is localized to one server). Wonder if this is a systemic problem like last week.

The reason why some people are getting the character already in use problem is a bug that SOE is currently trying to fix it isn't anything vital it will soon go away so don't panic like you account has been stolen (Like i did) and just stay calm and it will go away eventually.
