Cannot Sign in, Someone Help

alright, last night around 3 am, i was playing the game, and i decided to jackout, i went on all 3 of my names and jacked out, i just wanted to see my characters status and etc u know.


then after that, i try to log back in, and it tells me, that the server supervisor says my account is still in use.


i dont see why, as im not even playing on it.

if someone could help me, id gladly appreciate it


im running:

Vista Home Premium, 32bit
Geforce 7300 LE
2GB of RAM
Intel Duo Processor, 2.7Ghz

the game runs smooth and fine, it just tells me im already logged in when im not.

ok, i have read the knowledge base, and it didnt help me at all


its been more then 5 hours ive been waiting to play

Same thing happened to me too Krip, go to this site here http://support.station.sony.com/petition and fill in a ticket saying whats up, I did and got it sorted out by a GM pretty quick smart

Oh and you have to go to InGameSupport and tell them whats happened filling in the required fields...hope this helps, if you haven't tried it already that is.

that link didnt really help me lol, it just sent me to the knowledge base and i dont see where i can create a ticket.


also i just like to mention


that i played this game in beta, and before Sony took this game over


and i gotta say this game had more potential when sony didnt take it over lol.

There's a tab next to the Knowledge base tab called In-Game Support on that page, thats where you gotta go

lol, ya i figured it out, thanks for the help dude

i also noticed a glitch with the launcher and vista


it seems that the "Typing" effect sound that the game is suppose to do for the launcher. (like when u type ur account name, and password, and when its typing the version of the game and etc)  it glitches out for vista and the sound goes insane, its not timed right, its off completely.


ill be logging into the game and ill still be hearing that sound from the launcher when i jack in lol.

i just get to the screen where it says its loading object and w.e w.e, but then tells me


"the server supervisor says this account is already in use"


at first, when it first happened, i thought like OMG, someone hacked my account lol.


but then i went "oh no, thats right sony baught matrix now"
