Alright, as of the moment, this is how meetings will be handled.
We, the liaisons, will continue to attend meetings when invited, if it fits into our scheduling. We won't be leading these meetings; though, if there is an announcement or something specific to those within the Machine Organization, we will schedule a meeting to be directly by us liaisons.
I believe a potential way to host these meetings would be to provide you all with a poll on this medium, to which we will list possible times throughout the week that will fall into our schedule and, hopefully, yours.
So, just to reiterate what has been said: We will no longer be disclosing sensitive information in a meeting, unless that meeting is sanctioned by us or Agents Pace or Gray.
Note: When a meeting time is agreed upon, faction leaders and crew captains will be informed, via email, no less than 24 hours in advance. With each meeting, we will be needing someone to transport all operatives to the meeting location -- so please mention whether you are available, or not, when the meetings are announced in this medium.[/quote]
Only the Liaisons or whomever is running the website decided to go in and preban at least one player by IP address. Me.
When is the exclusions and discrimination going to end on the Liaison's part. Seems they get told to do stuff right only to find a new way to exclude people from the content they are assigned to spoon out.
Especially disheartening when I have not said 1 negative thing to any of the liaisons since returning. All of my actions have been 100% OOC and in a public forum simply making sure the truth of matters was known with respect to them and their policy of discrimination.
Also from what I understand, a certain faction went in and created accounts on this website for a number of players for the sole reason of excluding them. That would be the same faction that has lied, cheated and stolen from the Collective Community of Recursion since Beta.

I don't know who did it, though I'm sure Naidian could just as easily check the IP logs and figure it out.
But I do know that someone went through and registered a whole slew of names ahead of time so that the actual people couldn't.
I myself had to talk to Naidian and she had to use admin ability's to give me my own account.
There are only so many people that registered before me, so it would stand to reason, that one of them, or someone attached to them is the one that went through like that.
Whats this mean? People are taking further and further efforts to try and *CENSORED* over other players out of content.
That means they are harassing other players, and purposely going out of their way to hinder the other peoples game play experiences.
And nothing is being done about it, except that a few threads like this will pop up, and it will get 84'd and nothing will change.
I'll continue to be the "negative one" and the people who are actually trying to ruin this game for others will continue to have their hands held all the way, least someone like me say something mean to them.

Don't be jealous.
Haterz.
That's just silly.
The silliness of it does not make it any less true.

/OOC
And none of that is negative? Discrimination is a serious accusation. Why are you surprised that they're reacting strongly to it when you won't stop screaming about it?
If you're going to publicly wage an OOC war against the liasons, don't be surprised if they don't want you around IC either.
They're just other players who are sacrificing their own ability to just play the game in order to make this game more enjoyable for others. If you're going to do nothing but try to discredit and smear them, I don't blame them for being upset with you. Maybe you should have kept this out of the public eye and kept it in PM's. Either with them directly, or with their boss.
Either way, I'd have thought you might have figured out by now that publicly throwing a fit isn't fixing things. You might want to try a new approach.

Maybe it's saying crap like that about other Machinist factions that keep you from getting on the good sides of the liasons.
And no. We didn't. Don't know who did, and don't really care.
I'm sure at least on my end it was a misunderstanding, I'm sure that other MisterPuck signed up first and I just had to go through Naidian to get an account there because I wasn't fast enough.
As for the Cyph thing, TC has a very strict no alts policy. "No alts in other orgs or factions (unless you dont talk about it and keep it on the strict down low)"
Randomly throwing out your conspiracy theories are certainly not going to get you anywhere. NightTrace had a good suggestion, ask the moderators of that forum to find out which IP has multiple accounts... then you have something called proof, and until then you just sound like a baby in need of a bottle, throwing a tantrum and trying to get everyone around you as dirty as you perceive yourself to be.
I remember that when Naidian gave the link for the forums out at a Machine meeting for the first time that several people had issues registering/logging in. Getting the "User name already exists" bug. One of them was Korthex, a TC member. I'd say it's a free forum and entitled to a few glitches, although annoying as anything.
This is a technical problem the liaisons are having with getting that forum running. Multiple people are having account issues at the moment; it isn't limited to just one person or faction. Work with the liaison to sort this out. DN1 drama is not going to solve the problem.

It helps pass the time with poppycock problems like this to
Actually, EPN used to have one of these things but it was run by the players.
This doesn't seem like something LESIG should be in charge of. Seems like they'd just be setting themselves up for too many accusations and potential problems, especially with the sort of things that have been happening recently.
So, in my humble opinion: good idea, bad execution.

This is a great idea to help bring the machinist of recursion together, which I understand would be a bad thing from your perspective Yah We just need to remember that sometimes things happen, and it has nothing to do with inter faction rivalry or espionage or trickery or voodoo, call them Ghosts in the Machines, or whatever you like but a glitch doth not make a conspiracy.

Knowing what you are talking about also helps.
That said, everything is working properly now. My thanks to the liaisons.
Yah! Paranoid hysterical frenzy bites the dust!!! QFT!!

On a slightly different note, i'd like to say thanks to Dominicco for posting the link to the Data Uplink site, i didn't even know anything like this existed - cheers

in fact, I had the same issue.... I just asked Eventual to fix it for me, and it worked... I found a name that I could use, then evetual changed it to the name I wanted... you are not the only one with an issue

Never said it was a bad idea. On the contrary, I think it's a superb idea. Congrats to you machinists on starting to get organized. I've missed having some good old fashioned Machine antagonism. All I'm saying, is for obvious reasons, liaisons shouldn't be in charge of this project. Case and point being, what if a moderation issue comes up? Liaisons aren't supposed to go OOC. How do you address a liaison in that instance? What if a liaisons brings there personal feelings into a matter? How does it get addressed? As I said before, awesome idea, bad implementation.
Um... Don't drag me into your flame-baiting, please.
Edit. I yanked the LULZY image because I remembered, Here in the Matrix you can shoot someone in the face and drown people in their pods and even be a terrorist, but you cant show an image with the word *poop* in it.
