'It' seems to mean the Matrix. Not from the title, I mean the above quote. Interesting thing to say.

He could ask to the Oracle about the bound of Trinity and Neo. I'm sure none of the Redpills can assure something, thus any redpill actually met them excepting Ghost and Niobe.
