I'm currently on syntax and was wondering whenlive events usually start. I've been playing for over 2 yrs. and I think I've made like one event.

There is not really a set date or time. From my experience, the time is usually around 5:30 - 6pm PST.
As for dates, all you can do is talk to your liaisons. When in game, open your menu and go to World Events. Match your organization with your server on the table, and those are your liaisons.

Times are usually as Travi said, which is about 2.30am GMT...

8-8:30 PM EST for the majority of the Recursion Mech events I've been to.
