PLEASE HELP! FAST!!

Ok this cool technical guy from soe gave me one day to try my account because i havent played it forever and guess what i cant freaking patch ERROR MESSAGE:

18 Feb 21:57:15.177 [P 928/T 1892]: [MINOR] An error has occurred while connecting to the patch download server.

URL open failed.  Patch servers down or internet connection problem.

Keep retrying?

I opened ports: (10000 TCP and UDP) (11000 TCP) (80 TCP) (5190 TCP)

Disabled firewall and still doesn't work. Please help me!

are you using the official client or the station launcher?

I just figured out that the client uses internet explorer to connect and guess what my internet explorer doesn't load pages, but on my firefox does. And i can't figure out how to fix it.

okay so goto internet explorer, click on the "file" tab, then uncheck "work offline". It should work after

Internet Explorer sometimes doesnt work when you need to download updates from microsoft.

Ok i fixed it but thanks for the help anyways. All i did was reformat my computer. There wasnt anything wrong with the client it was just my internet!

Downloads are fast BTW!
