Hoping someone can help me out with this... I was 'messaged' this on MxOSpace from a recent key given player:

"Hi, a couple days ago you gave me a free key and told me where to download MXO, I downloaded it fully (took a while) but there seems to be an error whenever I press the "create" button. It says file client. dll is missing or theres something wrong with it. What do I do?"

Help me... help him?

I used to get this error when my video card would crash on me.
Does it say something like:
The file client.dll could not be set up properly.
Failed to render the rendering device OR no available rendering device.

Or does it just say it's missing?

If it's the first one, tell them to check their video card drivers and if needed, reinstall the original video card drivers, or update them.
If it's the second, then try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Additionally, although this shouldn't really be an issue, make sure that they have directX 9.0c installed as well.
