This is part Halloween idea and part because I was bored out of my skull. I know it's really early but i thought it would be a cool idea if we could have something like this for Halloween. I guess the big question is if it is possible, the only obstacle i see so far is just resizing the model and giving it a different color. For this my only suggestion would be to have just one of these things to spring up one at a time in a random district. Of course building damage I can't see happening , but i put it in anyway just for kicks.
