Same thing here. But tech support told me Monday morning that the issue has been escalated to the Teir 2 support team. Since then, I haven't heard anything out of them. I created a character on syntax to pass the time.

I was finally able to log in yesterday and play. Came to find out that at least three of my crew members hadn't been able to log on until yesterday either.
I did, but nothing came of it. The last I heard from support was early Monday morning, when they said the problem was being escalated to Tier 2 support. Tuesday afternoon on of the mods here tried to help, but couldn't get it to work either. Yesterday it all the sudden allowed me to log in again, as well as several in the crew I'm in. It was apparently a widespread problem. On of the other guys in my faction also said a bunch of people on his buddy list showed up as being online, but he couldn't talk to them because apparently they weren't really there.
