He continues to reveal new abilities to override the vital codes of this world. I fear greatly for everyone here if we do not succeed in understanding and defeating his purpose.

Ugh, Why can't these guys ever give a clear answer?

Because he is supposed to be mysterious.

Personally I agree with Veil, we should've taken action.

The remark about the bluepills was indeed upsetting. It has become clear that regardless of his intentions, the Intruder is a threat to everyone connected to the system.

Man how do I miss these things... I was on for most of that day and *CENSORED* is up with that agent griffen guy? He looked like a very unusual agent.

I found the club part of the event to be more interesting, because it offered a choice, something events would benefit alot from!  On another note, nice job with doing the manual Agent suit instead of the same disguise.  Thought that was a nice touch.  The runtimes seem promising.

Where's the screenshot of me Ki-Charge Foot Sweeping Cryptos? SMILEY

Have fun trying to find the intruders plug... Don't look at me as if I'm holding info... And if i did i wouldn't share with any Cyph's
Will be a good comical value to watch the Chyp's get brain mucked over and over trying to find the intruders plug. If a plug even exists on it

Mm. I, for one, am getting tired of our orders to just sit on our hands and do nothing. We're not getting any new information by keeping out of his way. Doing nothing is only detrimental to our position and our reputation.

I agree. We need to do something, and standing out isnt cutting it. That's why I don't listen to orders!! Unless Im asked nicely...

So he doesn't like the Cypherites either? What a shame.  I guess the next thing we'll hear about is how he snubs the Oracle or EPN.

And it seems no one has figured out what he is looking for yet.  No matter.  This Intruder will slip up eventually and splay open the secrets of his mind for all to see.  I just hope we do it before he finds what he seeks.

This seems essentially unimportant, though, while reading the transcript, something did occur to me on a somewhat unrelated note.

Human beings cannot be "accelerated," yet agents can? Doesn't that seem to suggest the absence of the human element in the agents, that they're no longer human? No longer the bluepills that were once taken over?

Cute.

But while everyone's talking about going out and taking a stand against this guy, do any of you have a plan of action?

Well, I can tell you if I did I'd be submitting it to the higher ups. Alas, I do not. However I, like many others I'm sure, have been trying to think of *something* we can do. It's not exactly the easiest situation though, is it?

Exactly. This is why it's time to get to planning, and as this guy is turning out to be a threat to all of us, maybe working together temporarily isn't such a bad idea.

Somehow I imagine that won't be at the top of the list for all of our superiors.

It's getting to that stage though.

Humans can be accelerated, but they can't be controlled.

Well... You know what I mean. I was going by the System lingo for the overtaken programs - they usually refer to them as "accelerated," don't they? Just trying to put a little more evidence out there that at the point when an agent invades the body of a bluepill, humanity seems to end.

Another curious thing concerning this, however, is the question of whether or not the Accelerated Man might be able to control Cryptos. He's obviously part program in the same sense that agents are. Maybe we'll get lucky and our wireframe titan will decide to remove Cryptos from the equation.

#36300389343 01/18/2008 11:01:17 Re:[9.2.1] It is spewing hacked programs - Vector - 1/16/08

I actually asked Cryptos about that, at a previous live event.  The Intruder can't control him.

It makes too much sense to put this war aside to take care of this situation, but we can always hope that they'll listen and realize it.

It does? I mean, much as I hate to admit it, this guy is really all that's standing between swarms of sentinels hunting down and killing crews upon crews of Zion and EPN operatives at the moment, not to mention the potential destruction in store for EPN's new base of operations in the old city. Our only issue is with him trying to get access to our information and with the programs he accelerates which occassionally attempt to attack us, though, that's not even much of a threat with the EJP in place.

Any cease-fire would only last as long as it takes to rid the Matrix of the so-called "Intruder," and then the Machines would remember what they've been calling Zion and EPN for months, even years now.

Oh, no I understand your stance, and I'm not keen about the Machines turning their attention back on us once this thing is out of the way.  I just take issue with the Intruder wanting all this information from us and wanting in our systems so bad, yet not telling us a thing and keeping himself distant and restrictive. We don't know what he plans to do with it, and there's no guarantee he won't use it against us later on. I mean I'm not saying he "threatens the stability of the system and will kill us all!!!!1!!!11" or anything, but at some point, we need to find out the significance of him being here.

The only people that gain from war are the people who start it and the ones at the top, and Colonel Sanders seems like the only one who stands to gain anything from this. Like I said, it makes too much sense for any of the powers that be, especially the Colonel to understand. This war is unnecessary, but it looks like it will just be sustained as long as it can. So we know it won't stop. It's just good to hope it will, one day.

I don't understand. If nobody knows what the Intruder's objective is, then why offer to help him achieve it? Borders on lunacy if you ask me. Then again, we did destroy our own planet as well. Shame.
