Moriah East HL a Satellite?

I been in Bishop CA all week and couldn't play MxO.  Then tonite I went to Moriah East HL and got those green rings around me like a satellite.  But I didn't see the satellite anywhere?  Is that hardline now just like a satellite?  You can code just like a rooftop?

Moriah East, you say? Man, that area is just trippy as all hell with the signal boosters--there's another invisible one at the entrance to The Sanguine Room, and it's been there for ages.
