Sobra Shores and Violet's Dojo

Ok, a while ago I was randomlly talking with bluepills to see what they would say.  One of them mentioned a Dojo in Sobra shores.  I looked at sobra shore's description and once again this dojo is mentioned, as being ran by violet.  However, violet is in the club, as a mission contact.  I ran all of her missions to see if perhaps it was mentioned and nothing.  However, the thing I am curious about is that there are 2 different buildings in sobra shores that has doors on both the bottom floor, as well as the roof, but you cannot open them.

So, is this dojo real? and if so, is it accessable?

I've always wondered why mission contacts are not placed in appropriate places to suit their character instead of randomly placed outside or in a club. Violet is the martial artist of the spectrum family so it would make sense for her to be in a dojo, or fight club as it's Westview.

There are constant sets of secrets within the matrix, with time perhaps they will reveal themselves to us.

Probably not, there's a lot of those kind of things where the descriptions of regions don't exactly match up with reality...
