Maybe they're using the same system they used with the white hallway doors in international to make the bridge between Richland and Downtown? Click on it to enter, then get to the other side and click again to get to the next area. Except they put some new stuff down below?

Ooooh..... looks like fun... The only bridge we can't traverse at the moment is the Bridge between Richland and Downtown. I don't think it'll be traversable in its entirety as many new curious players may find themselves getting dead very quickly.

Is it me or does the water look clearer than the river separating Downtown and the slums?

This has already been said before that Richland/Westview and Downtown are separate we will not be able to run across the bridge and reach Downtown, so don't start getting your hopes up. SMILEY

No doubt, I'd love to just be running up the bridge and get to a certain point and have "Heading to Downtown" on screen similar to when you change districts and then be teleported to the corresponding bride in Downtown. What I was saying was that we wont just be able to run from Richland to Downtown with no kind of teleport, the world isn't made that way.

At first, I thought the sky had turned to water. Then I clicked the thing, and thought we suddenly could have the ability to swim. Then I thought about it and then saw the little platform below.

Now I don't know what to think.

Speculation: Nothing really comes to mind on the market of lowbie content, but then again, the calls for a new construct of any kind haven't been nearly strong enough to over-ride the level of difficulty in creating one....

I'm going to go ahead and say it's something Story related.

Doesn't look like the bridge connecting Westview/Richland and Downtown at all. Looks like something different, like the kind of bridge that connects Richland to Westview. But those docks can only be found in International.

I would guess this is either an entirely new area or something being added to Ikebururo(sp?)
