Oh wow, he's right.  That's.... weird.

I thought the point of doing the neighborhood collectors was a favor to them to thin out the NPC's.  Now we can turn around and give'em away?  I mean, I know you could always farm the items and trade them over, but you had to go get it yourself.

Just a little confused why they did it is all.
He eventually wants to go through every district and add questy-type stuff, and the items gained from questy-things are tradeable. This is probably just a precursor to that.

Yeah, that's a good point.  If people can sell EC gear, why not Victory's and Peck's?

I like it just because we can email the stuff to alts now.  It would be really nice if someone made a list of the updated collectors items.

As a personal challenge, I was going to farm all the Neighborhood Collector's items on my alt; I'm glad I decided to do this experiment, now that they've changed the stats on the items. I still use a Ghost Shirt while missioning/farming/PVPing on my main since the heals have gotten me out of a tight place more than a few times. Looking forward to seeing what the new changes bring...

The Omega Syndicate's site has a listing of the old stats. I know Peck's shirt has an added 24pt Thrown defence. I have the Ghost shirt myself in my E-mail plus I've farmed the Viral shades and Tin Can's headgear (Can't remember the added stats right now plus I'm at work >.<) If someone were to compile a new list I'll contribute what I can when I get home.

Personally im hoping for a hotfix containing that wandering npc fix Rarebit's been fighting for.

Yea, me too.  I am tired of hunting down NPCs!  >.<

I had a check around earlier and my findings confirmed what I think I remember Rarebit saying when he started the task.  The items have resistances added which are appropriate to the level of the item.  Peck's has only the one but the vast majority of items have three different resistances added while the original bonuses on the item have stayed the same.

Check out Mother's Coat as well, it's a nicely rounded lil' gem.

Mother Coat, Panacea. The resistances granted do not save it from the failure of it's function. Even now, both have a healing chance of about 3.x% (1/7 chance of hitting the clothe, 25% chance of buff activation). Unless that one changes, the useability of both these items are below average.

Also: THE HACKER AI IS STILL NOT FIXED. FOR GODS SAKE, hacker sims are so useless right now, waahHHHHH >_<!

Yeah, thats why the Tiger Masters Gi has a 71.4% chance of giving the toughness buff, because it still has to be hit out of the 7 things your wearing.  8 if your female in leggings.

I remember the discussion about this but forget the outcome; are you sure leggings count?  I was under the impression they didn't.

In the Ask A Dev thread, I asked if clothing lasts longer as they have an extra space or was all the female clothing slightly weaker to counter, but he said no, female clothing all lasts longer.
