Catzi really felt uneasy. Indegestion? No, she was nervous about a meeting that she arranged with a machine faction known as The Glitch Society. Normaly she's never nervous about any meeting with her former "colleuges" of the matrix, but since war was declared against Zion things havn't been the same. Catzi is not only physically drained, but the relentless agent attacks against her whenever she leaves Richland is wearing on her mental stability as well. She wishes she could go about her day to help save humanity with her master plan, but that hasn't been easy. Time for a change. Catzi is about to talk with one of the most revelled machine factions around, something her superiors Harkee and Trepetia warned her not to do. "request for negotioating peace between Zion and Machines is denied" kept echoing through her mind. Yes, she is very uneasy.
Catzi enters the meeting room where others are gathering. NinjaReborns, her trusted operative of The Pride of Zion who acted as her bodyguard. Mindsweepx, one of the most respected members of The Black Code was there with his faction mate Mumbly. Both invited by Catzi to act as witnesses, hopefully she didnt lead them to a Zion Courtmarshal, or worse, a deadly trap. Bittype and her fellow machine operatives were also there. Did Catzi look for quick exits and size up the machines and check for any dangerous threats? No, she was too buzy making sure her hair makeup was perfect and that her new fedora was properlly taken off and hung up. Even dusting it a little. A quick hair check and she then sat down across from Bittype, the appointed Glitch Society member to handle the precedings.
Catzi: Thanks so much for meeting with us. I would like to propose a plan for a peacefull resolution to this ugly war and save humanity before all is lost. We just can't let everyone blow each other up.
Bittype: Indeen TGS has always made it a policy to talk rather than fight when ever possiable.
MindsweepX: MindsweepX nods.
Catzi: .... and felt now might be a good time to open negotiations, save the matrix and humanity and all
Catzi: frankly many of Zionites have gotten very tired of the agent attacks.
Bittype: Yes... We feel that such comminication is preferable, indeed neccessary to ensure the stability of the simulation.
Bittype: I can understand that. TGS has on occassion refused certain orders from Agent grey
Catzi: now Zion Counsel may not be authorizing any peace talk yet, we'd like to atleast take the first step and call for a cease fire inside the simulatioin, the matrix.
Catzi: between factions
Catzi: soon we may be able to lure others to lay down their arms as well, and we can move on to more productive things
Catzi: we can't expect each other too risk being courtmarshalled for treason, but we can simply turn down anything deemed.... "agressive"
Bittype: Agreed.
Catzi: we have faction anniversarys comeing up. we can tie it all together?
NinjaReborns: what about the other machines?
Bittype: Yes. I believe that may be one way to get the message across to others. that peace is preferable.
Bittype: I can not at this time speak for any other than TGS.
Bittype: However should we come to an agreement regarding a treaty I can assure you that TGS will NOT engage your forces.
Catzi: many will feal like were going beyond our means so to speak, that such some will feel its a bad idea, but what if we anounce a 30 day cease fire inside the matrix? that would be hard to opose and people would be more able to give it a chance
Bittype: I believe you know D4sh sufficiantly to know that he will enforce this amoung our ranks.
MindsweepX: We made a agreement with TGS...a long time ago.
Bittype: 30 days sounds reasonable given the curcumstances. Perhaps during that time others will come to agree.
Catzi: yeah we'll definately have to invite others
Catzi: glad to see were all on the same page and we can go on to promotions. Mindsweep?
Catzi: as a representive of the black code, how would you feel about joining a cease fire agrement in the future?
MindsweepX: hmm..we are at war, it will be hard.

Bittype: I can understand your possition. As I have said we do not entirely agree with some of the machines actions.
Catzi: *pulls out a calandar* celebration of a cease fire and non-agression act between machine and zion faction, as we celebrate our aniversorys....

NinjaReborns: I think this is great; I'm tired of getting attacked from the PVPers and agents. But, it really worries me that only one faction(machines) is up for it.

After hammering out all the details, The Pride of Zion and The Glitch Society agree to hold their anniversary partys together, invite others to join in, and faction leaders will then sign the first non-aggression cease fire pact between factions since war was declared on Zion. Other factions are welcome to come sign the treaty as well. The treaty is to last for 30 days starting...
