ok before i say anything else, this is not a thread askin where certain frags are.
My question is...what is the usual drop rate of red frags? do they drop less as you become higer in lvl than the gangs who carry them? I am lvl 43 and was farming for hacker objects in jurong. i killed 50 (exactly) npc's and got a whole 3 frags. is that around the right drop rate? is it low, high? are tehre certain areas to have a better change of frag drops?
