It would be awesome if there was a way to destroy one of these suckers.
My thoughts:
-Signal Booster must be in inventory
-Must have Tool Crafter loaded and leveled to 40 or higher
-Have the 'ability' take several minutes to launch
-Successful decomposition burns a tool subroutine and will remove the pvp flag from the individual (assuming they don't have any other luggables)
