This is Fallenwrath. I am sure you know by now what good times I have had upon my return to society. But I was force to cut my good times short due my untimely interruption from certain individuals.
I do not like interruption. It is rude and it has force me to change the methods I use to execute my plans. But so be it.
This letter marks the beginning of a new me and I am sure you will all come to know me well. He chose to help me help him and that is what I will do.

Looks like hidden.html has been updated again. Anybody make sense of it?
Sepet posted the riddle text on the ab forums, But had not at the last time I checked, disclosed where it was found.
Now some interesting things are there, particularly the piece of paper (hiddenbg.jpg from the page source) being covered by the picture of the all seeingEye at the top of the pyramid. That looks to be a close up of the back of a dollar bill based on the texture of the picture. This symbol however is seen in a few places, most notable the Sentinel.
I believe though it is refering to the text of the puzzle since the puzzle text is not wholy visible with black on black fonts. Could also mean the piece of paper too.
HKS found these numbers on that page. I can't figure out what language they're even supposed to be, which is making it a challenge to try and translate them, using the translators I've found online:
