Multi Fighting Skill

Yeah, it was never given a new use in CR2, so it's completely useless to load.
Also, Multi-Fighting actually had nothing to do with enabling you to fight more than one opponent. In CR1, everyone no matter what class they were or what abilities they had loaded could get into multi interlock. The multi-fighting ability just negated a penalty that you were burdened with if you happened to get interlocked by more than one person. 
Useless nowdays.
Useful skill advice: Don't bother with multi-fighting or sharpshooter. Don't level Cryptology past level 4. Don't level Hyperjump past level 25.I'm leveling them just cuz I got mega cash from Datamine lol. They'll be my last to fully level though.
I think it'd be BA if we could get Multi-fighting to work, even though it was a bit laggy before. Except that now the ability would let you be the second to enter interlock or something. It's probably too complicated.

Yea...you reach the H/J cap by 25, even less if you wear TM beret etc
Unfortunately theres no offical warning or fix for the waste of money :/

I second that. During beta a level 50 hyperjump went across whole neighborhoods....you can imagine lol. Thats why they capped it at 25
