Thts the original and I post this here now since the mods decided to put those forums calmly to sleep. Now I'd like to know why aikido (non state) abilities have better boost while keeping in mind that no matter what u wear with serene calm u max ur defense with HB on and tht other ability which got fixed. I can still find plenty MAs who would agree wrist throw costs too much IS and some of them would agree on the same on ki summon as it lasts for mere 12 seconds (compared to self buffs in all MA trees). Now if I compare aikido and karate they offer something to gain a boost in something else. Kung fu has 2 "small" boosts, one of which is accuracy and it's well known kung fu accuracy can reach a MKT accuracy of nearly 160 pts which isn't a small bonus compared to the karate/aikido of 135 pts.
So ask yourself this question: Do you still wanna see 90% of MAs running kung fu GM, 9% aikido GM and rest karate GM (actually USING the styles as main styles in IL) or do you wanna see what we see in all other trees i.e. a little bit of everything?
