Stuck at 'Loading Character' & Empty World - Restart Syntax!

A few minutes ago I was on Syntax, and there were no NPCs anywhere. No gangs and no NPCs in missions. Other players were standing stock still, and their faction names couldn't be retrieved. It wasn't a normal case of being desync'd from the server, though, as I could still hyperjump, open doors and use abilities.

After giving up and logging out, I can no longer get into Syntax on any of my characters there - it keeps getting stuck at 'Loading Character'.

I don't know about Vector, but Recursion is fine.

I have the same problem and two friends too.

Thats why I couldnt find any NPC's to kill in the Assassination missions!!!  I'm also stuck at loading character
