space for rent signs

i think it would be better if they added not only the Club adverts, but other Story related places like Metacortex, or Wright Research.

that would really add to the feel of the city, and solve the [problem for those of us who can't see the current adverts.

and besides, when one slips through it covers all of them in the area.

I've only seen them in US people's screenshots. I also asked why a long time ago and found that due to IP address legality issues they can't do anything about it... a few may have broken through though...

If you get yourself routed through a US OpenProxy then you can see them everywhere

Anyways, the problem was that as I ran closer to get a better look, the ad disappeared and reverted to the default Ad Space for Rent image. Once I backed up far enough, it came back, although I had to be far enough away that I couldn't really make out the words given the image's resolution. So... I think there's some glitch in the mechanics of displaying the the billboards. That would explain why they all appear empty, you rarely are looking at one from that far away.

Oh, I have different load distances set up through useropts so that I can see farther... that might explain something...

samething happens to me a lot. usually you can see them if you stand facing it with a certain angle. even the ingame adverts for Panda Tacos or what ever go blank when i get closer. a bit frustrating.

also, sometimes i can see the old adverts for Batman on some from a distance.
