How far do you belive they truely extend? The only instance we really see is when he has the sai's drawn to him in the chateau scene, so how far do you belive this can truely extend in the matrix?

I dont think that was telekinesis rather him just bending the rules of the Matrix, like what he uses to stop bullets, fly, fight and so on. He also pulled a bullet out of Trinity, restarted her heart flew from the Mervs gaff to Morpheus and the keymaker 500 miles away if I remember correctly (I need to watch them again)
I dont think he had a limit of his abilities, I mean if he wants something bad enough he will find the stregnth to do it as we see when he chooses the 'Hope Door' in his meeting with the Architecht and reaches Trinity in time to stop her from being splatted 
I believe that in most if not all cases he had to "see" the code in order to manipulate it. That just might be his only limitation, other than his own underestimation of himself.
