It's a shame to see a great Recursion player leave. There's an old saying, "Don't let the bastards wear you down." There are a lot players who delight in making things worse for a game and community, but the only way to beat them is to outlast them. After all, someone trying to ruin an environment won't stay there, while someone dedicated to improving it will. Get your friends together around you, invite me too if you want, and talk about the issues. The best of MxO are very talented in many different areas.
