I wasn't there for to long but the lag was horrible. Hopefully it wasn't as bad for the rest of you. As for taking a screenshot when you killed someone... good luck with how fast the system text was rolling and well just staying alive yourself.

Overall in my 20 minutes there before my concert tonight i had an acceptable time.
#36300371117 12/15/2007 04:08:46 Re:The FA Vector Challenge
This was truly epic.. i opened the door to the room for the 1st time ran in there thinking oh this shall be pretty easy there all in a room, then immediately ran the other way due to the sea of white clothes and red tags, i didn't think the faction had that amount of players still active, it must have taken some organization to get that amount of players online at once, only one thing i noticed.. No Dagonet ? :O on another note SMILEY Masks off to FA for one of the best Player events hosted on vector ever SMILEY
#36300371165 12/15/2007 08:51:46 Re:The FA Vector Challenge
Yeah Riac we tried and tried to get Dagonet there.  We had him written down as a committed player for the event when he suddenly had something come up that kept him from it.  Oh well.  In the future if we do this we probably wont require time stamps depending on the location.  We could have easily identified the location with just the screen shot.

Sorry about the lag guys... It wasn't to bad on my end, but I just got a whole new system built specifically dedicated to running MXO.  Once we picked that location we were pretty much bound to it, but I promise next time we do a PVP Vector Challenge it'll be outdoors.

I'd heard a few complaints during the event about the location being to tough to break into, but the whole concept behind doing this was to make it as difficult as possible for the REDS to take us down, hence the word Challenge SMILEY   I think once Manatik got the REDS all organized and got the strategy set up you swept in and took us out fairly handly.  Unfortunatley several of the REDS that helped DE take the room, then vacated the room and attempted to keep us stalled up at the hardline and top of the stairs which allowed us to funnel back in quickly and retake it.  As far as screenshots if you got some without the time stamp but that can be identified as a FA kill please go ahead and post them anyways... We'll take them all under consideration and make a determination as to the validity of each.

We have several ideas for other things like this and once we figure out what is next we'll let you know....

Thanks for the fun and be watching for the next installment of the FA Vector Challenge

#36300385250 01/12/2008 09:02:35 Re:The FA Vector Challenge

I'm sorry, I didn't know till today that I was on that list. I would like the  3# Patcher Bandana.  Thank you.

#36300385583 01/13/2008 01:28:04 Re:The FA Vector Challenge

I've heard Mana is out of the game for a bit... If someone can get a hold of him and let him know to post here if he is wanting anything that'd be good.

I think I'm gonna need to hear from him on this... If all else fails I'll move everyone up one and let them make their choices and then just make it up to Mana when he gets back.... So on 01/19/08 if no post by Mana then I'll let Code have first choice and Kaos 2nd.

Ya it did, and I guess you had to scratch out the "Matrix Online" from it due to copyright laws?

#36300416753 02/29/2008 05:44:56 Re:The FA Vector Challenge
I was just looking at that and to be honest I'm not sure what happened..... Yotogi designed the thing but I dont think it was intended on being scratched out and I dont know why the company would do it and not scratch out the poster.  I'll get with Yotogi and ask about that its got me intrigued now

#36300416773 02/29/2008 07:06:03 Re:The FA Vector Challenge
probably trade mark reasons.
#36300416799 02/29/2008 07:53:14 Re:The FA Vector Challenge

If that was the case wouldn't the poster also have the matrix online scratched out?

#36300416825 02/29/2008 08:25:43 Re:The FA Vector Challenge

Holy mother... the poster turned out great!  The shirt could have been a fluke during printing.  I'm pretty sure Yotogi submitted the same design for both products, and if he had to remove the logo because of copyright issues I know he would have covered it up entirely rather than blotching it out like that.

Congrats Manatik!
