It'd be nice, unless the effect is tied to activating the white suit clothing item itself, like the awakened items.

That golden ring type thingummy bob looks like it'll be a consumable item, probably gives the white glowey effect. The other, if the current trend of new content continues, is a frag you get at the end of a series of NPC's which you trade in along with an amount of said consumables.
I wonder if this is gona be the spawnable quests you mentioned at Fan Faire.
