 Good Show! Just wondering, maybe i'm alone on this, but i'd like to ask....

... is anyone besides me interested in a minute or so of News of the Rock World? Like news of a possible Led Zepplin reunion tour with Metalica? or maybe even the latest rock star arrest??

Thanks Catzi and yeah News of the Rock World sounds a great idea.  Thanks as well to all those who joined me at The Lynch Pin and/or tuned in.  Congratulations to SolidRevolver and Basiun who won info via the rock trivia.  Details on next week's Rock Show will be posted on Monday and in the meantime if anyone has any ideas on how to enhance the show I'll be happy to listen as it's as much your station as it is ours.

This weeks Rock Show will be coming at ya live from Club Sanguine in Moriah Projects.  Be there or be square!

• Show Details - Music from such artists as 3 Doors Down, Candlebox, Kaiser Chiefs, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The White Stripes and as usual I'll also be taking your rock/metal requests. This week I'll also be playing the new singles from Kate Nash & Scouting For Girls.  Also if your a fan of Bullet For My Valentine then your in for a treat as I'll be playing  a track from their forthcoming album Scream, Aim, Fire.  In addition (like last week) there will be rock trivia will a total of 20 million info to giveaway.  All in all it's going to be one action packed show.

Yes I used Wiki, no one was answering the Lincan Park (or however it is spelt) hometown question so I thought I'd jusy have a look, then the Slipknot formation date... well I thought 'why not?', haha

This weeks Rock Show will have a slightly Indie feel to it as I play the best in Indie Rock.  The show itself will be live from The Deus Lounge.

I normally post details of the next Rock Show on a Monday but as it's Christmas Eve I might not get chance so I've done it now instead.

The Rock Show with Namroc will not be part of the regular scheduled programming this week, a very special event will be taking place instead.  The Rock Show will be back next week with a 4 hour special in which I'll be playing a mixture of classic tracks and great tunes from bands to watch out for in 2008.  Further details to come.

This weeks Rock Show will be held at a hidden club/bar Downtown.  Details below:

• Location - Baldwin Heights - Co-ordinates: X: 16 Y:19 Z:611 (nearest Hardline is Baldwin Heights Central)
• Show Details - Music from the best in rock & metal from around the world  I'll also be taking your rock/metal requests and there will be the usual music news.
• Competitions - Dress like a Rock Star Contest with a prize fund of 50 million info.

A big thank you to everyone who tuned and rocked the morning/afternoon/night away at the club Downtown and for making it the best Rock Show ever.  Congratulations to Nat for winning 50 mill info in the Dressed Like a Rock Star Contest and to ViralMarauder who was the runner up.  Catzi took quite a few pics so hopefully she will post them to let the world see those cool rock outfits

Discussions about where to hold next weeks Rock Show are still are onging with various club/bar owners and contacts in Megacity, but suggestions are welcome on where you would to see the Rock Show being held.  An announcement as to where next weeks show will be held will be posted on Monday.
