But what are writings and observations if you do not know the author? Nothing. Another journal I will delve into my past, but no harm comes from a short description.
Before I was awakened, I had gone through, at least, three Cycles of Trauma. The cycles generally went: Traumatic Incident -> Wandering and Coping -> Recovery. Yet albeit the recovery process, trauma stays with you forever. Whether it desensitizes you, or renders you sensitive to topics of that nature, trauma always will effect you.
In my case, my trauma had desensitized me. My mind had rejected the world around me but did not grasp the entirety of the situation.
As a premptive explanation, the Awakening Process is at *least* 98 percent traumatizing. The other two percent are self substantiated or, like me, desensitized. So I was generally Immune to the trauma that came with such a revelation. My days in Zion were spent reclusive, quiet, and observational. Henceforth came my first Observation.
The Awakening Process forces ones mind to reject the world around it, or rather, have the being realize its whole life had been a lie, a facade, a veil so to speak. This creates a desire, an inner desire for purpose, for anything to fill the void of realization that the person had no impact upon anything worthwhile. Of course, the reality may be that they *did* impact something or someone significantly in their life, but when you realize it was all a facade you begin to doubt the importance of your prior actions.
This is when Zion kicks its propaganda directly into action, they fill the mind of the potential recruit with hope and their values morals and beliefs. They tell them how the world is in Zions eyes, Example... "Machine = Oppressors Merovingians = Liars and Scoundrels Zion = Humanities Last Hope" And in the Recruit's desprite time of longing their mind accepts it, accepts it all at once, making it their purpose, their goal, their motivation to live. This creates an aversion to others ideologies that may impede upon the beliefs they value more then life itself. Why? Because now all the negative emotions revolving around the awakening process are centered around the LACK of belief in Zions Morals. They feel is their only choice because Zion makes it seem like the Recruit is not wanted but needed. So in the fear of losing his/her purpose they manifest an aversion to beliefs that threaten that sense of purpose, regardless the logic involved.
And so they live their lives looking through their rose-tinted glasses, or rather their predetermined beliefs, and judge others upon it. Hence Zion has another loyalist, whom in turn will recruit another loyalist and the death of free thought and philosophy dies within zion. Yet luckily there are exceptions, exceptions of varying degrees, whether they fully look at the world through their own perspective, or relying on the majority or others logic, there is still another risk to the Exceptions minds, another test of their will...

As I age...the threat of death circles above me as a bird of prey would over its catch, I realize how many of my observations simply turn into words that fleet. So today, I will recollect my theories and store them away, so in that one day, maybe a future Advocate or possibly a rival may stumble upon my writings.But what are writings and observations if you do not know the author?
