I have a fully levelled Howitzer tree down to Fumble Field which is level-correct for level 40.

This tree is TOTALLY complete and is fully levelled to level 40.
This is from the 'Resist Infection' ability, so it DOES NOT include Hacker style > Virologist. If those abilities are required I guess we could come to some arrangement.
I also have the Despoiler Tree levelled to lvl 30 from 'Repel Combat' > 'Despoiler' all level-correct for level 30.
