Unknown codes don't usually drop out of the sky--neither do large glowing men. I'm not sure what this is all about, but considering how strongly the Machines have reacted, I think we'd better find out, fast.

I was able to grab the Details of a few of the "lost rank" (you know, the ranks that were removed from the Richland/Westview gangs when the gang reflow occurred) A.S.Ps that were spawned. Yay! ^-^
