Can you believe the Army turned them down?

They could have turned them down for financial reasons.  Though we all know how Bush is with spending money on the military/ war effort

Ah man the Army may have turned this guy down but I bet this guy isn't going out of business anytime soon. I can see a whole slew of relatives buying a vest for their loved ones in Iraq . Not to mention the possibility this guy  will probably get foreign contracts. Also you have local law enforcement that might be interested as well.

I've seen something similar in development using the scale technique, but this is the first time I've not seen a similar design undergo that testing... Unfortunately as many of us know, our respective governments won't spend the amount needed to equip us with this stuff...
