Recursion Problems

I've been having some problems with Recursion,
Magog and Zia Hardlines seem to be unreachable it just gets stuck at Negoitating with servers. Then my charecter just gets stuck for 5 mins

If events in the past are anything to go by, this is only gonna get worse

Anyone else getting this?
