Anyone know the current forum ranking system?

When I do edit these (and I will) I really don't want any posts count requirements over 50. I think time since forum registration should be most important.
Here is an example of what I'm thinking about:

You should be able to choose any forum rank that you've previously held. Using the current system as an example, if someone with the rank of Veteran were to obtain the rank of Enlightened Mind, that person should have the option to keep the rank of Veteran and not have another rank forced upon them.
EDIT: I don't need to explain my edit to you.
