Hm! He does sound a little like Terence Mann, aka Bob the Skull on the Dresden Files, a little higher-pitched, but pretty close!

I've generally thought of Austrian as being Julian Sands. In fact, the "24" character Vladimir Bierko seemed quite similar to my mental conception of what Austrian would look and act like.

But I have been thinking that, after years of Awakened life and after all that he has been through, he might have aged faster physically and developed a heavy dose of cynicism. So perhaps James Woods (namely his role in "Shark" as Sebastian Stark) might be a better depiction.
