There are some bluish clothes around (Rocas, shirts, etc.). This was discussed before (search button). Anyways, the most reasonable explanation for that is simply:
The Real world stands for blue and the Matrix for green. The lack of blue clothing symbolized the lack of reality.

The only blue clothes are the Teal ones, which is a green-blue. There's no true blues that I've seen so far.
Did we forget about the "Piece of Blue Sky" shirts. They have blue

Why not change your useropts settings to blue tint. Makes them nearly blue clothes blue.
