The bottom line is when you create your account you agree to the ToS set by Sony Online Entertainment. By agreeing to those terms you are granted permission to use their services. If you disagree with their terms then you should not have created your account.
Now when it comes to what we moderate and what gets acted on I will be the first to say that I can't see everything. Most of the time I don't see something until it has been reported but every now and then I will run into something and act without it being reported to me. If you see a violation of the ToS please we ask that you bring it to our attention via the report link on every post.
