Tosuno
Tosuno was part of the first V.W.D. created back for old Zion. However, he was wrongly accused of murdering his crew in cold blood and setting loose a malicious virus under top secret development into the Matrix. However, these events have been resolved and Tosuno proven inocent to al lclaims. He is now the head of Zion and the Black Codes A.I. research Division. he designed the Divisions A.I. computer, I-Tetra.
An expert Virologist and soldier, Tosuno's beliefs in human superiority over Machines has led him to be a great ally to Zion. Though, he sees the value in A.I. and respects it, he no longers himself to be controlled by it. Rather, he believes humans and machines to be equal on an intelectual level, but on a physical level, humans will always be the better.
"Tosuno was the human whom created me. He is talented, but, human. My father can be some what arrogant at times,
but he does his best to unsure the safety of Zion and humanity. Without a doubt that is true."
A.I. Research Department
Under Zions approval and support, the Black Code has developed a A.I. research department, headed by Tosuno. This department's goal is not to create, but to advance and understand. Machines are created to think logically, but some develop emotions, likes and dislikes. We, as humans, fascinate them, and they fascinate us.
We do our best to make bes ttreatment of both our A.I. and program allies, as well as human. by deffinition, A.I. is not alive, but they are real. Something we all have in common is reality. The only problem is to define where real ends and fantasy begins.
"I was not originally created here. my core programming was that of a virus weapon. However,
Tosuno saved my intelegence and was able to instate me as A.I. information center."
V.W.D
This division was rebuilt due to the newly restarted war between the Machines and Humans (Zion). Before it was a more secretive organization, that developed viral weaponry to be used agaisnt the machines in secret. However, it fell apart when inside corruption spawned and not enough forces were able to stop said corruption. Now, it is a public division, with multiple overseers keeping their eyes on it.
Not only does V.W.D create viral weaponry to combat mahine in the real and the Matrix, but firewall programs and anti-viral software as well. We must never be to careful, and though an offensive is indeed a valuable tool, defense and security is key to survival as well.
"V.W.D 's liaison is also Tosuno. until he finds someone else better suited to the job.
The first V.W.D created the Black Angel virus, from which I was spawned."
V.W.D Mission Requests
Right now, as many of you have already seen, V.W.D is authorized to request missions of operatives i nthe Matrix. Tosuno acts as the mission contact, posting mission request on open channels for operatives to either accept or decline. However, some times a more secretive means of Mission information retrieval is needed, and so he may send you personal request's via email. Keep your eyes open.
