Mission Details:
After a short investigation by myself, Tosuno, I've descovered that, amung others, a Redpill known as ConflagrantSoul is partially responsible for the information leaks which led to Cypherites descovering New Zion, which led to its premature revealing to the Machines. Circumstance does not put ConflagrantSoul as completely guilty. While it was him who passed the information off into Cypherite hands, it was the only way to save his life at the time.
He is not the only target in this mission. The other, a Zionite called Mibil, is charged with illegal modifications on a fellow human being. It seems Mibil performed some kind of memory wipe on ConflagrantSoul, whihc had led to him delivering the sensative information.
While what's done is done, these two men have yet to stand trial for their crimes against Zion. And as such, the two are to be arrested asap. They are not evil men, and so they should not be harmed, if possible. However, chances are they will act violently if they come in contact with each other. So, keeping them apart is a high priority.

Suspected Guilty of:
Passing top secret information to hostile Organizations outside Zion
Assisting Cypherites in Acts against Zion
Treason
Mibil
Zion - Omega Syndicate
Threat Level - High(Level 40-50)
Suspected Guilty of:
Illigeally modifying a fellow human and Zionite; memory and behavior
Objective:
Locate, and use what ever means necessary to bring these two men into the private Zion Construct and hold them prisoner there until they can be put on trail in the pressence of a Zion liaison officer.
They are not to be harmed. Zion's own authorty will determine their punishments, but only after they are given a fair trail.
