How many you got?

Havo, I am pretty sure my younger borther (who lives in another city) would like to try, how do we get him a key?  T

Tell your brother to get the new Sony Station Launcher where there is now a new Perma Free Trial for MXO.

hi havo, i just visited the RMCT websight, and i dont see anything about the buddy keys, if you say its there i believe you and all, but i just can't find it.  perhaps a direct link would be helpfull?

Thats what i'm talkin about! Way to go baby!  i think we can all agree that looking for links, loging in, email tag, reply, messenging.... it all defeats the purpose, getting a buddy key for a freind with as little hastle as possible is the way to go. Shouldnt have to spend a big chunk of our evening looking for just a 7 day trial. 3 cheers for Havo!

Ok, thanks. I'm going to try and recruit some of my friends to play. You said that people that use this will get Hyper-Jump Beta and Mobius Code: Why? Is this only for their trial? Will they go away if they make a real account? Can I get these for my character?

They get HJ beta on the trial account thru /claim, and once they subscribe they get Mobius. You can't get it, no. Tis a promotion to get trial account signups. Many feel that vets and non-trial signups get shafted by this promotion.... I guess you weren't here when this first started, there was a ton of forum drama about it.

Just to clear things up if you go to the RMC site it gives you details on how to get the keys, seeing as I dont read this thread on a daily basis I cant keep a log. The way given sends emails to me letting me know you require keys.

Also it helps to state how many you want instead of just asking for keys.

Then why is this thread stickied if it's not going to be maintained?

However, if for example the buddy keys come with Mobius Code and HyperJump Beta, whereas the Station Launcher trial does not, then the RMC keys are probably to be considered significantly better than those offered via the Station Launcher, and this thread (or at least its first post) should probably remain as-is.

Is there a difference between the free trial offered through the Station Launcher and that offered by RMC: Terminal?

If not, perhaps this would be a good time to unsticky this thread, or at least to consolidate it into a single announcement that describes the Buddy Key options (RMC:Terminal or the Station Launcher).

An not everyone uses the launcher.
