Got any really old pix from MxO or the old WB forums (or...dare I say the old Beta forums during the closed period?)  I've been around the game for quite a while and love looking back to see how far thigns have come or to reminisce.  If you have any old screenies of the game, or the forums, or maybe even things from your old Faction website or one of the online radio stations (Radio Free Zion rocked!!!)...post away.  I'd love to see if anyone has some really EARLY development images of game models, the environment, or the UI.    These have to be OLD pix guys, no screenies from 2 months ago.  I want like Pre-CR2.0 or older.  The older the better.

I'll start out with a nice screenie of the old forums:

It was my error calling the screenshot I posted "first person," based on some post I'd read in the past which was
asking about the  interlock differences in early-beta.

I have a vauge memory of him saying that a first person mode was in the works but they took it out because it would look strange during combat or something.

Hmm.... Wonder why the inventory list only shows weapons in those screenshots?  Was it possible to filter it similiar to how you can do this in the marketplace and coding screens?  I like the generic names too...you can tell they're all just basic placeholders.

Also, the fact that it's a scrolling list is interesting as well (as opposed to "slots" that you drop items into).  Almost leads me to believe that there was potentially no limit to the amount of items?  Just scroll down the list?

Also, I think I can remember during beta when they moved the "You've entered Mara" type messages up to the middle of the screen (they looked like the system broadcast messages), and then eventually modified them to look like the current Matrixy code message we get now telling you that you entered a new district.

Hmm, it seems the male characters had leggings clothing slots back then. Could male characters wear leggings? SMILEY
Maybe in very early beta there was something more to the Matrix that we don't know about?
