If you leave richland, then you have a chance to be attacked by lvl 100 Agents (even if you do have the Access Node)

Level 100 Agents spawning on Zion operatives when they leave Richland is a result of the release of the Truce. If we ever get back to Truce-like conditions with the machines, the Agents will hopefully go away. Don't feel bad, at various times in the past, these "personal spawns" have jumped operatives of all orgs, sometimes even when still in Richland. The Matrix changes up several times a year and you'll have to adapt. Get ready for Darkness and Undead. You've been warned... oooooooo....
Just do a hyper jump and they'll leave you alone.
