I was happily on an alt looting chopper keys, and I turned the bright old level of 4.

So like any level 4, I go to level my abilities...

The novelty stops there.

Basically every time I try to complete an upgrade it says Level up failed: ERROR.

Anybody seen this before?

EEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! ((i know mini'me can say it better than i can...)) But yeah I thoguht this bug got resolved... *looks at the Devs* *sighs* Hidden01 more than likely it is the bug i think it is. and your going to need to get a CSR or some Dev to get ya in game to swap your abs out.. Its more than likely the awakened bug.. friggen gets the new fresh meats every time *cries*

Yeah I have ccr'd it, I haven't seen this before /shrug I tried relogging but then the abs went back to 4 3 2 (levels) and they were 4 3 3.

EDIT: Seems they are blaming it on graphical drivers which is a load of BS cos all my alts level fine, and also my drivers are in perfect working order.

heh... gota love CSR's these friggen days... Cant tell whats black and whats white or even there own red blood color when they soon see..... erm......... What I mean is....this

Go ahead and give them in full detail explaining why it is not a graphical display setting. and how its more game mechanic and server / client sync related than what there saying is a graphic issue.. and just for kicks and giggles.. get smart with em saying..

"I know that my graphics card and display drivers may seem to look like its not giving me correct information when im trying to level my abs.. oh .... wait a tik.... it is showing the correct information CAUSE ITS NOT A GRAPHIC RELATED ISSUE... ITS GAME MECHANICS RELATED DUE TO SOME CORRUPTED OR MISREAD CODE ON THE CHARACTER ITSELF"

Im seriously fed up with company's especially SoE now whom seem to want to choose quanity over quality.. Hell if im not mistaken CD Record Label companys are doing the exact same thing on Music CD's which in turn is making them sound a hell of a lot wore than what was intended..... But still both the CD Companys and Customer Support still say.. press on..... >_< shows how smart we are america... reeeaaal smart.... In fact so smart i think ill go but a plane ticket to Japan and live there and one day come back with more knowledge on what americans who are only obseesed with idiotical things than other countries that........... erm.... Nevermind think im going to way off topic..

But yeah... Go ahead tell them that it is not graphics related and it has to do with the server and client not either syncronizin properly or the information being sent back and forth to each of them is getting caught up and messed up somewhere.. =S

Ye that upgrade error came up on me when i was a fresh man in mxo (almost lol) but i ignored it, but now i have problems in pvp and i though maybe the problem is when i got those erros on upgradeing the abilities.

The other wierd part is that i got that error message only when i lvl them in LA or at a HL

Any1 of u know where i can ask if that error maybe have a effect on the abilities?

If your abilities upgrades were not saved to the DB when you logged back in they would be at their previous level. The question however was your Info returned to the level before you level your abilities? If so then just relevel them.

If you encounter this trying doing the leveling in the Loading Area via the Ability Tree.

yes you can, while in loading area, go to your ability tree. lets say your going hacker in the selective phage tree. load up the first ability in that tree, then on the right side you will see a up arrow, start clicking on the arrow to level the ability up. Hope this clears up some confusion.
