Well loads of people payed the money to go to Fanfaire just for the shirt and never really went and seeing as the 7 people are entitled to there shirts i think they can send it to whoever they like....
Then you gotta look at the price they payed for the shirt what was it 40-50 dollars? would they take info for it?
